Our first Sourcewell win, Torrance is a city in the Los Angeles metropolitan area with a population of over 140,000 people. PE closed a consulting agreement with the city to create a long term electrification roadmap. This is the precursor to a long term relationship encompassing over 9 distinct fleets in 2024 and beyond.
