David Gould is the Chief Operating Officer at PositivEnergy. David brings over 20 years of executive level operational leadership and rigor, developing the systems and processes for both Fortune 500 companies and smaller startups. Prior to joining PositivEnergy, he was the Global Brand President and Chief Delivery Officer at Performics, Publicis Groupe’s global performance marketing agency. He was the President of Resolution Media and a critical member of the executive team that sold the company to Omnicom. David has also held senior-level positions at United Airlines, where he developed and implemented strategies to reduce the worldwide airport operations cost structure associated with 3rd party service suppliers, and was a Naval Officer for eight years. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Marquette University and an MBA from Northwestern.
